Aviv Elbaz is the Chief Executive Officer of Saar Management. He has led the company since its founding in 2017, building the operating platform from the ground up and growing it into the residential property management business it is today. Aviv oversees operations, the regional teams managing communities across Florida, and growth strategy, and works closely with the CFO across all areas of the business — including business development, technology, and long-term strategic planning. Aviv brings prior experience in real estate and financial advisory to his leadership of the company. Aviv is a Certified Public Accountant and an active voice in industry discussions on multifamily operations in the Southeast.

Dmitry Rozin is the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Saar Management. He leads the company's financial strategy, accounting, controls, and reporting framework, and works closely with the CEO across all areas of the business — including operations, business development, technology, and long-term strategic planning. Dmitry established Saar Management in 2017 after more than 20 years as an auditor and external consultant to leading real estate companies in the United States and around the world. He built the company to bring the financial discipline and operational standards of institutional real estate to residential property management in Florida. Dmitry is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Accounting and an M.A. in Finance and Business Management.

Alon Saban serves as a Leasing Manager at Saar Management, where he leads the company’s revenue strategy across leasing, marketing, and portfolio growth. With over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and revenue optimization, Alon is responsible for driving occupancy, maximizing rental income, and expanding the company’s property management portfolio. He oversees the full leasing lifecycle—from pricing strategy and marketing execution to lease conversion and tenant retention—while ensuring compliance with all housing regulations. Alon works closely with ownership groups and prospective clients, presenting data-driven revenue strategies that enhance asset performance and support long-term growth. In his role, Alon partners with executive leadership to forecast revenue, refine dynamic pricing models, and adapt strategies across diverse markets and property types. He also leads and mentors leasing and marketing teams, implementing structured training and performance benchmarks to improve conversion rates and customer experience. Known for his strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style, Alon builds strong relationships with property owners by delivering transparent reporting, actionable insights, and consistent results. His approach combines analytical rigor with operational execution to drive sustainable growth and maximize asset value.

Dor Outmezguine serves as a Construction Management Supervisor at Saar Management, where he leads the company’s construction, maintenance, and asset management strategy across multiple markets. With a background in civil engineering and extensive hands-on experience in property operations, Dor is responsible for optimizing asset performance through disciplined execution, long-term planning, and operational standardization. He oversees portfolio-wide maintenance operations, capital improvement programs, and renovation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with investment objectives. Dor leads long-range asset planning, including lifecycle forecasting, capital allocation, and ROI-driven decision-making to enhance property value across the portfolio. In his role, Dor directs procurement strategy and negotiates large-scale vendor and contractor agreements, while establishing company-wide standards for quality, compliance, and performance. He works closely with the CFO to develop and manage annual and multi-year maintenance and capital budgets, ensuring financial discipline and operational efficiency. Dor also drives the implementation of technology platforms such as Yardi Maintenance IQ, HappyCo, VendorCafe, Yardi Marketplace, and Monday.com to streamline operations, improve reporting, and enhance data-driven decision-making. He leads cross-regional maintenance teams, providing executive guidance, training programs, and scalable processes to support growth and consistency across all properties. A key part of Dor’s role includes supporting new market expansion by building maintenance infrastructure, vendor networks, and operational frameworks that enable seamless onboarding and execution. Known for his structured, results-oriented approach, Dor ensures that all operations meet strict regulatory, safety, and compliance standards while delivering high-quality service across the organization.

Morgan leads Saar’s growth platform and strategic partnerships, working directly with property owners, capital partners and brokers across Florida. She brings more than two decades of multifamily experience spanning asset management, acquisitions, investment sales and valuation — including senior roles at Newmark, Walker & Dunlop (Apprise) and Colliers International, where she was involved in over $2.2 billion in valuations and more than $180 million in investment sales transactions. Morgan holds a B.S. in Banking and Finance (cum laude) from the University of North Florida and is an MAI member of the Appraisal Institute.

Arlett is an HR and Operations Leader with over four years of experience in human resources, including three years dedicated to the property management industry. She brings expertise in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and developing streamlined processes that enhance both employee experience and operational efficiency. Arlett is known for building engaged, high-performing teams and creating cost-effective HR strategies that strengthen organizational performance. With a focus on optimizing workflows and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture, she supports team members at all levels with professionalism and care. As a bilingual English–Spanish professional, Arlett excels in guiding diverse teams and ensuring clear, effective communication across the organization. She is currently pursuing her M.S. in General Psychology at Nova Southeastern University to further deepen her understanding of employee well-being, motivation, and leadership.

Marleny Casado is a Paralegal at SAAR Management. Bachelor's degree in Law, over 5 years of experience as a legal assistant for several well-known lawyers; notary public of the state of Florida and licensed real estate agent of New York. Immigration consultant, leasing agent, and insurance and real estate claim legal assistant..!! Always with the objective of providing each client with the clearest information and service, which is the main objective of all SAAR members. Faithfully believing in the institution of the family as a believer in God and I enjoy reading constructive topics, exercises, and spending time with family and friends.

Janene Worth is an experienced Regional Manager at SAAR Management with over 23 years in the property management industry. Her background includes extensive experience in new construction, HUD, and LIHTC communities, giving her a strong understanding of operations, compliance, and team leadership across a variety of property types. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Administration from Florida State University, along with CAM and PMIC certifications in property management. She is passionate about supporting and developing her teams, leading with a hands-on approach and working alongside them to help achieve both personal growth and company goals. She takes pride in creating a positive and collaborative work environment while consistently driving performance and operational success. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, family, and friends, shopping, and riding her Harley with her motorcycle club.

Mileishca has been a valued member of the SAAR Management team for over three years, growing within the company from Leasing Agent to Property Manager. Her experience throughout different roles has given her a strong understanding of resident relations, property operations, and the importance of creating a positive living experience for residents and communities alike. She truly enjoys building strong relationships with residents, supporting her team, and taking on the day-to-day challenges that come with property management. Mileishca is passionate about helping people and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional environment while consistently working toward operational success. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two amazing children who continue to motivate her both personally and professionally. As a Property Manager with 17 years of experience in the multi-family industry, I feel very confident in my roll and love what I do. I love making connections with prospects and residents and maintaining those relationships as I grow.
