Tenants can pay their rent online or mail their checks to our corporate office.

12 months with a possibility of extension.

All tenants are charged security deposit and a last month rent.

What type of reports do I get and how often?
We provide an Owners Portal so you can review reports such as income statements etc. at any time.

Who holds the tenant security deposit?
The owner of the property holds all deposits in a designated escrow account.
